The lady requires full assistance with hygiene and dressing. She needs help and supervision during toileting. She requires partial assistance with meals. Moderate assistance is needed for transfers. Her skin condition needs to be monitored, and minor irritated or injured areas, such as under the breasts, should be treated with ointment as needed. Medication is prepared by the family. The caregiver ensures she takes it at the correct times. It is important to maintain and support mobility as much as possible. In addition to caring for the lady, the caregiver also cooks, shops, does laundry, and helps with household chores. A cleaner comes once a week. Depending on the client's condition, short car trips for errands may be necessary. A car is available. Nighttime assistance may be needed based on her current condition. The husband also lives in the household; he is independent and works. He is mostly out of the house from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A commode chair is available. An automatic transmission car is available.
