Caregiver

Care for a 32-year-old client with physical and mental disabilities, limited mobility (140 cm, 28 kg, right-sided tetraplegia). The gentleman can walk short distances with assistance and uses a wheelchair. Required tasks include personal hygiene, assistance with dressing, changing incontinence products, transfers, accompanying to the toilet, meal assistance, shared mealtimes and cooking, social engagement, accompanying/transporting to doctor's appointments, accompanying on outings, and walking the dog. The client's mother and siblings also reside in the house. No nighttime waking is required. A car is available. The caregiver will perform caregiving duties and household chores: meal preparation, grocery shopping, and laundry. The caregiver should be flexible and cooperate with other family members. The client does not have fixed wake-up times; the daily schedule is followed but may change. There is a dog in the house.
