A adjustable bed, a wheelchair, and a lift are available. She is at risk of falling. She has both urinary and fecal incontinence. She uses incontinence aids, which the caregiver changes. She needs assistance with personal and intimate hygiene and with dressing. It is important to ensure adequate fluid intake. A nursing service visits several times a day and provides medication administration, dressing and undressing of compression stockings, and treatment for a skin condition. Direct communication and activation are important. The lady enjoys watching television. Night work is not required; if necessary, she can call the caregiver by voice.
