Caregiver Ulm

Care for an independent 84-year-old lady (160 cm, 70 kg). The lady had a stroke a year ago, has high blood pressure, limited mobility, a risk of falls, and impaired speech. She wants to move independently; a walker is available, and a wheelchair for outdoors. She is partially incontinent and uses incontinence products. Supervision is required, potentially assistance with transfers to the wheelchair, accompaniment, performing hygiene, help with dressing and toileting, supervision of medication and fluid intake, escort to the doctor, and occasional waking at night if needed upon call. Household management, cooking, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry care. The caregiver has a private bathroom, a bicycle, and a car if needed. Her son and relatives visit.
