Caregiver Bad Honnef

Care for an 86-year-old lady, 70 kg, 170 cm, who is wheelchair-dependent. She suffers from polyneuropathy, due to which she cannot stand or walk. She has undergone treatment for breast cancer (no active treatment currently). She is physically weak. There are stairs in the apartment, so she cannot go outside. During the day, she also sits in a rise-and-recline chair where she rests and sleeps. The lady is completely dependent on help with hygiene, dressing, and toileting. She requires complete basic care. Transfers are necessary, during which the lady cooperates and can stand briefly, and a lifting aid is also available. At night, assistance is needed once for toileting. The husband takes care of nighttime awakenings. A hoist, a transfer device by the bed, and a bath lift for showering are available. The caregiver's duties also include household management for two people, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Shopping can be handled by the husband, or together with the caregiver. The husband also lives in the household and is still independent. A caregiver from Poland is welcome.
