Care for an elderly married couple in their shared household. The 86-year-old gentleman weighs 70 kg and is 174 cm tall. He suffered a stroke two years ago, has dementia, impaired short-term memory, and partial loss of his left visual field. His orientation is currently limited; he is not aggressive. He cannot stand or walk independently and uses a wheelchair. He requires moderate physical assistance for transfers and standing up. He wears diapers and needs help with personal hygiene, dressing, and basic overall care. Due to his poor eyesight, he needs to be fed. He enjoys sitting in his TV armchair. The 85-year-old lady weighs 55 kg and is 150 cm tall. She suffers from general age-related frailty, has a significantly hunched back, experiences pain, and has a heart rhythm disorder. She walks independently around the house with a walker and occasionally needs a hand when standing up. She manages meals and toileting independently. She requires light assistance with dressing, showering, hair care, and household chores. Nighttime assistance is not required. The gentleman wears diapers at night, takes medication, and sleeps relatively well. The caregiver provides personal care for both seniors, handles shopping, cleaning, and laundry. Lunches are delivered, and the family does not wish for cooking to be done due to kitchen odors. The caregiver has a separate living space in the daughter's house. Free time is available by arrangement.
