Care for an independently living 64-year-old lady, 95 kg, 180 cm, who uses a wheelchair. She needs assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, getting up, going to bed, and transfers. Assistance is required with using the toilet or a commode and regular changing of incontinence aids. She needs reminders to take her medication. The caregiver prepares fresh meals, shops, cleans, does laundry, irons, and manages the household. Shops are about a 5-minute walk away. Cleaning the cat's litter box is also part of the job. Companionship and assistance with daily activities are important. The caregiver eats meals with the lady, plays board games with her, watches television, goes for walks with her, and accompanies her to doctor's appointments or other errands. The lady needs to be taken outside in her wheelchair for fresh air regularly. Night duty is not required. Moderate assistance is needed for transfers.
