He suffers from incontinence and uses pads, but goes to the toilet himself. He mostly manages his hygiene independently, with care services assisting him with showering once a week. He is independent with dressing, only needing help with socks. He also takes his medication himself. Assistance is needed in the household – cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, errands. The gentleman eats fresh home-cooked meals; hydration needs to be monitored. Shopping can be done with family. A gardener helps in the garden, and domestic help visits the household. He enjoys company, humor, walks, and time in the garden. He needs motivation for physical activity and maintaining a daily routine. He has physiotherapy at home once a week. Night duty is not required. A car is available.
