Care for a 68-year-old elderly lady (56 kg, 156 cm) with Parkinson's disease, general weakness, and a high risk of falls. Mentally, she is stable and fully oriented. She has type 1 diabetes and administers her own insulin. The lady has limited mobility. She uses a walker at home, requires support when getting up, and assistance with walking. She wears hip protectors due to the high risk of falls. She needs help with personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting. A wheelchair, an adjustable bed, a commode chair, a toilet raiser, a shower chair, and grab bars are available. Lifting is not required. The husband, who has dementia, lives in the household and is cared for by another person. The caregiver is solely responsible for the lady's care; household chores are performed for the husband. Night assistance is required once per night for toileting. Free time by agreement.
