Caregiver Wuppertal

Care for a 101-year-old lady living alone, weighing 70 kg and 150 cm tall. She is mentally completely sound but suffers from thrombosis, hip problems, and incontinence. She has a demanding personality and can be insulting, verbally aggressive, or curse at those around her. An outpatient care service also visits the senior daily. She uses adult diapers. The lady has significantly limited mobility and uses a wheelchair. She can only stand for short periods and can barely cooperate during transfers. A transfer disc is used, and transfers are always performed by two people along with the nursing service. A profiling bed and a barrier-free bathroom are available. The lady tries to be as independent as possible but requires assistance with hygiene, dressing, and daily activities. The caregiver reminds her to take her medication, helps with household tasks, and keeps her company. Night shifts are only occasionally necessary if the lady's skin is itchy and needs to be creamed. She uses diapers at night, and assistance with toileting is not required. The caregiver generally has quiet nights from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM. Her daughter and son-in-law live in a separate part of the house and handle shopping and provide assistance as needed. The caregiver does not perform any tasks for them. Free time is as agreed upon.
