Caregiver Kirchheim

Care for a 93-year-old lady living independently, 52 kg, 156 cm, who has had a stroke. She is currently in a medical facility. She is oriented, has no dementia, but has impaired vision and speech. She is used to making her own decisions, has a strong personality, and currently prefers peace. The lady is mostly bedridden. She needs assistance with getting up, cannot stand or walk independently. She uses a wheelchair and requires help with transfers and repositioning. She can cooperate partially when being lifted. She has an adjustable bed, a toilet and shower chair, a walker, and a stairlift. She is at risk of falling. She has occasional incontinence, especially at night, and uses incontinence aids. She needs help with hygiene, showering, dressing, and toileting. The caregiver also arranges doctor's appointments. Night duty is occasionally required. The caregiver also handles cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, ironing, and plant care. The family visits approximately once a week. Shopping is accessible on foot or by public transport. Pickup upon arrival is possible. A private bathroom is available for the caregiver. Free time as agreed.
