Care for an independently living 89-year-old lady, 73 kg, 165 cm, suffering from general frailty and osteoporosis. She has had multiple fractures, is physically weakened, and moves around the home with a walker, using a wheelchair outdoors. She requires assistance and support when getting up from bed or a chair. Mentally, the lady is preserved for her age, without dementia. The lady has urinary incontinence and uses diapers and pads. She needs partial assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. The caregiver helps with changing incontinence supplies, showering, washing hair, and getting into the shower or bathtub. The lady tries to cooperate to the best of her ability. She manages her meals independently; supervision of fluid intake and shared meals are important. Household duties such as cooking, shopping, cleaning, and laundry are also part of the job. Shops are within walking distance. Escorting to doctors, help with daily life, maintaining a daily routine, and companionship are required. Medication is prepared by another person; the caregiver supervises its intake. Night duty is required once per night for escorting to the toilet. Free time as agreed.
