She needs reminders for toileting and help with pad changes as needed. Lifting is not required. The caregiver also handles cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and general household assistance. The lady needs companionship, accompaniment to appointments, and joint walks to support mobility. She needs regular reminders to drink throughout the day and supervision to ensure adequate fluid intake. Shops are approximately 15 minutes away on foot.
