Care for a 92-year-old lady (55 kg, 170 cm) living alone in a family house in Kiel. She moves with a cane and a walker. She suffers from senile weakness, low blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, dementia, vision and hearing impairments, and incontinence. She has an increased risk of falls and can be occasionally confused. She needs help with hygiene, dressing, toileting, and daily activities. Lifting or standard transfers are not required. A commode, emergency button, and underpad alarm are available. During the day, other carers assist with her care. Night care is usually provided by a German lady living in a separate part of the house. The carer steps in during her absence, approximately once a month. During these times, assistance with toileting may be needed about 4 times per night; the carer can sleep and rest between tasks. A separate 2-room apartment with its own bathroom and internet is available for the carer. Free time as agreed.
