She has heart failure, leg swelling, and severe incontinence. She needs partial assistance with dressing, morning hygiene, and exercise. She goes to the toilet independently. At night, she gets up 2-3 times for the toilet without assistance. A 95-year-old elderly gentleman, 78 kg, 170 cm, has dementia/Alzheimer's, diabetes treated with insulin, and mild incontinence. He is forgetful, sometimes becomes noisy and verbally aggressive. He administers insulin himself in the evening, but supervision is appropriate. He needs partial assistance with morning hygiene. He goes to the toilet independently. He needs reminders to drink and supervision for medication intake. Both move with walkers and use hearing aids. The caregiver also ensures cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and general household management. Joint walks, games, puzzles, and motivation for physical activity are suitable. The seniors enjoy gardening, and it is advisable to supervise them. Lifting and night work are not required. Free time by agreement.
