Care for a 65-year-old lady, 45 kg, 160 cm, who suffered a brain aneurysm and stroke in the summer. As a result, she has paralysis on the left side of her body, significantly limited mobility, and is dependent on a wheelchair. She cannot walk or stand independently, but with support, she can stand for a short period and can be transferred. She also exhibits forgetfulness. She is incontinent and uses diaper pants. She consumes food and fluids independently but requires assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, undressing, toileting, and managing incontinence aids. The caregiver also oversees medication intake and administration, with medications being prepared in advance by her husband. A height-adjustable bed and a wheelchair are available, and a stairlift installation is planned. According to the requirements, lifting or regular night waking is not necessary; nighttime assistance may only be needed exceptionally. The caregiver's duties include assistance with daily activities, household management, cooking, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and providing companionship to the lady. Her 79-year-old husband also lives in the shared household; he does not require caregiving but benefits from help with household chores. He still manages many tasks independently and can also handle shopping. Shops are about a 20-minute walk away; a car may also be available. The husband smokes exclusively outdoors. The lady is of Hungarian origin but was born in Germany and also speaks Hungarian. There are no pets in the household. The caregiver has a furnished separate room with Wi-Fi access; a private bathroom may be provided.
