She has a pinched nerve in her left arm and is mobility-impaired. She cannot sit for long periods. A physiotherapist visits daily. Mentally, she is in very good condition. The lady moves with a walker and needs slight assistance with getting up and walking. She also needs partial assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. A commode chair is available. She eats independently. She enjoys going for walks, always with a companion. For doctor's appointments, she takes a taxi, and the caregiver accompanies her. The caregiver also handles cooking and shopping. A home helper visits for a few hours daily. Night duty is needed based on her current condition, approximately 1-2 times per night, mainly for assistance with toileting. Only slight lifting assistance is required, and the lady cooperates. A private bathroom is available for the caregiver. Free time as agreed.
