Carer Königswinter
Care for a self-residing 95-year-old lady, 70 kg, 165 cm, who has senile weakness, back pain, and displaced vertebrae. Mentally, she is completely fine, oriented, and very independent. The lady walks independently with a walker, but cannot stand for long and has problems walking on stairs. She lives in a bungalow and does not like going outside. She dresses herself and uses the toilet. She mainly needs help with showering as she is afraid of falling. Lifting is not necessary. The carer ensures the preparation of all meals, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and general household chores. She assists with mobility as needed and accompanies the lady on walks or to the doctor. The lady wakes up around 7:30–8:00 AM, has lunch at 12:30 PM, and dinner at 6:00 PM. Around 7:00 PM, she retires to her room, prepares for sleep, and reads in bed. Night duty is not required, although the lady does not always sleep well. Free time by agreement.
