Caregiver Kötz

Care for an elderly married couple in their shared home. 90-year-old lady, 45 kg, 150 cm, has dementia, senile weakness, and macular degeneration, almost blind. She is mobile, uses a walking aid, has a walker. She is at risk of falling. Needs help with walking on stairs, bathing, dressing, personal and intimate hygiene. Needs reminders for medication and monitoring of fluid intake. 82-year-old gentleman, 73 kg, 170 cm, has senile weakness, diabetes, kidney failure, heart failure, and skin cancer on his nose. He is mentally sound. He is mobile and walks independently, but is at risk of falling. Showering on Saturdays. The couple tries to be self-sufficient in self-care. Needs help with personal and intimate hygiene, dressing, and medication reminders. No lifting or night work required. The caregiver also handles cooking, shopping, laundry, ironing, and general household care. Family visits regularly and lives nearby. The caregiver has their own bathroom. The couple has a dog (Dachshund) which needs to be walked. Shops are distant; driving is required. Free time as agreed.
