Care for an independently living 78-year-old lady, 161 cm and 62 kg, who is mobile with the help of a walker. She suffers from a mild form of dementia/Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. She is a bit forgetful. Her gait is unsteady; she needs support to prevent falls. She is not incontinent (wears pads preventatively). She generally uses the toilet independently. The caregiver assists with personal hygiene, showering, and hair washing, helps with dressing (regular changing of clothes), meal preparation and dining together, monitors adequate fluid intake and medication use. She does shopping, light housekeeping, and laundry care. She is helpful in daily matters and provides guidance for routine tasks. Possible gardening work, provides companionship through conversation, joint activities, or walks. Night work is not required (only exceptionally). Some lifting is necessary (the lady gets up with assistance). The caregiver has a room in a separate apartment within the same building.
