Care for a 90-year-old self-sufficient lady, 170 cm and 75 kg, who uses a wheelchair. The lady had a stroke, resulting in paralysis of one side of her body. She has an artificial knee/hip joint and problems with her intervertebral discs. Assistance is required for transfers, but she can sit up on her own (e.g., in bed) with the help of a trapeze bar above the bed. Mentally, she is fine. From 6:00 PM, she watches TV, goes to bed around 10:00 PM, and gets up in the morning between 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM. The caregiver helps with personal hygiene, assists with dressing, accompanies her to the toilet, takes care of the household, prepares meals, does the shopping (shop is 250 m away, accessible on foot), cleans, takes care of laundry, and helps the lady transfer to and from the wheelchair. Night duty is not required. An elevator, a nursing bed, a wheelchair, and a barrier-free shower, shower chair, and toilet chair are available.
