She needs help with personal hygiene, dressing, and supervision of adequate food and fluid intake. She is cheerful, likes to talk, and prefers to spend time at home in her armchair. She needs companionship and a caregiver who enjoys listening to her. A 91-year-old elderly gentleman, 100 kg, 175 cm, has heart failure, kidney problems, and a generally weakened health condition. He has two artificial knees that need to be rubbed with Voltaren as needed. He has poor hearing, so it is necessary to speak louder. He has an emergency button in case of a fall. He is fully oriented, moves independently, and manages most activities himself. He primarily needs help with dressing. Lifting or regular night assistance is not required. A walker, elevated toilet seat, barrier-free bathroom, stairlift, and a commode chair are available. The caregiver is responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, assistance with hygiene and dressing, supervision of the lady's diet and fluid intake, and companionship. Larger shops are approximately 3 km away, a smaller shop is nearby. A car is available, and the family can also help with shopping. Free time by agreement.
