Assistance is required with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers to and from bed, and accompanying her to the toilet (even at night, maximum 1x). Assistance is needed with household chores such as laundry, cooking (always fresh meals), cleaning (a cleaner visits every 2-3 weeks for tasks like window washing, etc.), ironing, and shopping (the shop is 5 km away, accessible by bus, with her daughter, or possibly by bicycle).
