She uses a wheelchair. The lady requires partial assistance with dressing and undressing. Help is needed with transfers and clothing during toileting. Assistance is also necessary for daily hygiene, showering, washing hair, and when entering the shower or bathtub. She is cooperative during transfers. She eats independently; the caregiver prepares anti-inflammatory meals, which should be boiled or steamed. Sauces and spices are not used. Ensure adequate fluid intake. The caregiver's duties also include shopping with the lady or as agreed with the family, housekeeping, and laundry. She assists with general daily activities, provides companionship, and accompanies the lady on wheelchair walks. Assistance with toileting is required once during the night. The house includes a swimming pool and sauna. A large private bathroom is available for the caregiver. Free time is as agreed.
