Care for a 68-year-old elderly lady, 80 kg, 158 cm, who has slight mobility limitations. She suffers from schizoaffective disorder, is stabilized with medication, but cannot be left alone. Mentally, she is fully oriented and does not suffer from dementia. She moves around the house independently, without aids, but requires assistance on stairs. She manages getting up by herself. She is not incontinent; she uses incontinence products only preventatively. She manages meals and toileting independently. She requires partial assistance with dressing and hygiene, especially with showering, washing hair, and entering the shower. The care includes supervision of medication intake, maintaining a daily routine, companionship, and communication. It is important that she is not left alone. Walks and simple activities, such as games, are suitable. The job duties also include household management such as cooking, shopping, cleaning, and laundry. Shops are accessible on foot. Night duty is not required, only exceptionally. Her husband and son live in the household; both work and do not require care.
