Care for an elderly married couple in a shared household, who are still largely independent. The 82-year-old lady, 112 kg, 176 cm, moves around the house with the help of a walker. She suffers from incontinence and wears diapers. She has a penicillin allergy, significant arthritis in her shoulders and hands, heart failure, a stiff spine, kidney failure, and a knee prosthesis. Despite her health problems, she is still quite independent. She needs partial assistance with hygiene and dressing; she manages other basic activities mostly on her own. The 87-year-old gentleman, 100 kg, 190 cm, has slight mobility limitations but is otherwise physically and mentally independent and fully oriented in time, space, and to persons. He does not require assistance with hygiene, toileting, or dressing. The main focus of the work is household management, including cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and general assistance in daily life for both seniors. Caregiving assistance is currently needed only to a small extent, primarily involving the caregiver's presence in the home and support for the household's daily functioning. Night work or lifting is not required. Free time by agreement.
