Caregiver Niederzissen

Care for a 71-year-old elderly lady, 80 kg, 162 cm, after a stroke in 2019, transient ischemic attack in 2025, and sunstroke in June 2026. She has epilepsy. She is currently bedridden. She communicates, is oriented about half the time, and is partially confused at other times. Local orientation is not preserved. The lady receives a mixed diet and is gradually readapting to solid food. She still has a PEG tube. She requires full assistance with hygiene, dressing, and toileting. Hygiene is performed in bed, and she uses diapers that need changing. Nursing services provide medical nursing tasks. Assistance is needed for transfers. A hoist is available for standing, with the lady able to cooperate partially. This is a full transfer. There is also a stairlift in the house. The caregiver also ensures cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and household management. The husband also lives in the house; he uses a walker and requires minor assistance. The daughter lives in the same house in a separate apartment. Night duty may be necessary depending on the current condition, but not every night. The lady sometimes becomes restless at night. Free time by arrangement.
