He is calm, prefers rest, and sometimes refuses personal hygiene. 86-year-old lady, 80 kg, 163 cm, has early dementia, asthma, allergies, high blood pressure, heart failure, arthritis, and scoliosis. She suffers from sleep disturbances and anxiety. Both have partially impaired orientation, vision, and speech; they wear glasses. Both have partially limited walking and standing abilities. They use a cane, a walker, and an adjustable bed. The gentleman also has a toilet riser. They cooperate during transfers; lifting is not required. They need assistance with showering, skincare, dressing, and partial toileting. They use incontinence pads; incontinence is not specified. The gentleman also needs help with shaving and nail care.
