Caregiver Reutlingen

Care for a self-reliant 94-year-old lady, 60 kg, 165 cm, who is immobile, uses a wheelchair, and can only manage short transfers with assistance. She has reduced mobility and general weakness, but is fully oriented in time, space, and to people. Her hearing is impaired, so speaking clearly and loudly is necessary. Her eyesight is good. She goes to the toilet with assistance and requires escort for transfers. The lady needs partial assistance with hygiene, dressing, and transfers, especially during showering and getting up. She eats independently; monitoring her fluid intake and regular meals is necessary. Medications need to be prepared and their intake supervised. The caregiver's duties include cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, general household chores, or accompanying her to the doctor and running errands. The lady enjoys spending time talking, short walks, and sitting for coffee. Night shifts are occasional, approximately once per night. A car is available.
