Caregiver Sondershausen

Care for an 82-year-old elderly lady, 60 kg, 165 cm, who has a fractured femur neck with irreversible bone damage, general weakness, a urinary catheter, occasional fecal incontinence, and two bedsores. There is a suspicion of kidney cancer. Mentally, she is completely fine, conscious, fully oriented, communicates, and can express her needs. The lady is permanently bedridden and entirely dependent on help for all activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and toileting. Complete care is provided in bed. She requires assistance with feeding, medication 3 times a day, help with mobility exercises, and regular repositioning approximately every 3-4 hours. An adjustable bed is available. Full lifting is required for transfers, but the lady cooperates as much as possible. Night assistance is expected 1-2 times per night; the exact scope is not yet determined. The caregiver is responsible for complete personal care, cooking, shopping, cleaning, and laundry. Free time by agreement. The husband also lives in the household; he is mentally fine but has a disability and significantly limited mobility. He moves with a walker and requires minor care assistance.
