Caregiver Stuttgart

Care for an 87-year-old senior with diagnoses: heart failure, chronic venous insufficiency of the lower extremities, knee osteoarthritis, senile weakness, and urinary incontinence. The lady does not have dementia, is fully oriented in time, space, and person, communicates without problems, and is very kind, friendly, and sociable. She moves independently around the house using a walker, gets up on her own, and does not require assistance or lifting during transfers. She no longer goes outside. A stairlift is available in the house. She uses the toilet independently and also has a commode chair by her bed. She has urinary incontinence and uses incontinence underwear and pads; fecal incontinence is not present. Her eyesight is impaired, and she uses a magnifying glass for reading; her hearing is age-appropriate. Compression stockings are provided by the outpatient nursing service. Once a week, cleaning assistance is provided, and grocery shopping from REWE is ordered once a week together with her daughter. The caregiver's duties include assistance with daily personal care as needed, household management, cooking, laundry, general domestic chores, companionship for the senior, and watering indoor plants. Night shifts are not required. Lifting or transfers are not necessary.
