Care for an 84-year-old elderly lady, living independently, 52 kg, 155 cm, diagnosed with moderate dementia and incontinence. The lady is physically mobile and moves independently, but her orientation fluctuates, with better days alternating with periods of significant disorientation. She needs guidance and supervision in daily life. She suffers from incontinence (wears diapers preventively), and while she is still aware of the need to use the toilet and can communicate it, she requires assistance with the act itself. Her left hand is non-functional due to arthritis, which limits her independence in certain activities. Assistance is primarily needed with personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting. She eats independently, but needs to be motivated to eat and supervised for regularity. The caregiver's duties also include household management such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry care. Groceries are provided by the family, who live in the same house (separate household). The environment also includes a garden with chickens. A baby monitor is also available for monitoring. No night work or lifting is required.
