Care for an elderly married couple: an 88-year-old ambulatory woman (169 cm, 70 kg) and a 90-year-old man who walks with a walker (180 cm, 85 kg). The woman has dementia, which manifests as forgetfulness or even recklessness. She likes to be active, is convinced she is not demented, has communication difficulties, and is partially incontinent (wears pads, needs guidance). It is necessary to supervise pad changes and guide the woman in daily activities. The man is incontinent, has type 1 diabetes and early-stage dementia, and has mild cognitive impairment. The caregiver assists with personal hygiene, helps with dressing, accompanies to the toilet, prepares meals, does shopping (on foot in 15 minutes or by bus), cleans, takes care of laundry, manages the household, and accompanies to the doctor or hairdresser (by car). Walks are also possible. Night duty is not required. Lifting is not necessary.
