Care for an 85-year-old client living alone, who has had a hip fracture and a mild stroke. The fracture has healed well, but due to the stroke, she is a bit slower in her movements and has a slightly limited field of vision, so she performs all tasks more slowly. The lady currently needs assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, reminders to drink enough fluids and eat, and supervision to prevent falls. She has a walker and a wheelchair available. The lady lives in a house. The bathroom and the client's bedroom are located upstairs. The ground floor contains the kitchen and living room, as well as a guest toilet and an entrance hall. A separate room with internet and a television is available for the caregiver.
