The 88-year-old gentleman, 66 kg, 175 cm, has a diagnosed tumor disease. He moves independently, uses a walker, and has a chest drain. His eyesight is unrestricted, his hearing is impaired, he uses a hearing aid. He is partially incontinent, uses incontinence aids, which he changes himself. He is oriented, without aggression or demanding behavior, and enjoys resting in the afternoon. He primarily needs help with organizing doctor's appointments and with foot and hair care. Night shifts are not required. Household duties include cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, shopping, and plant care. Shopping is accessible on foot or by bicycle. The family visits irregularly. Lifting is not required. A stairlift is available in the house. Free time as agreed, with the possibility of two afternoons off per week.
