He suffers from Parkinson's and advanced dementia with a tendency to wander (however, the gentleman must not be locked in). Occasional motor stiffness occurs, and the gentleman takes medication. The gentleman is independent in walking, using the toilet, and eating, but requires guidance for some activities, such as showering, hygiene, dressing, and eating. He needs to be regularly reminded to take his medication. The gentleman has a slight tendency to leave the house; in the past, he has left through the garden towards the town, so supervision is necessary. He does not exhibit aggressive behavior. The care also includes companionship, communication, and spending leisure time; the gentleman is very communicative. Walks are possible, but only in accompaniment. The scope of work also includes household management, such as meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, laundry care, and general household chores, as well as accompanying him to the doctor. Initial doctor's visits will be attended with the senior's daughter, later independently, including picking up medications. Night duty is required approximately 2 times per night; in case of restlessness, accompany the gentleman back to bed. Lifting is not required. A car is available.
