Care for a 27-year-old woman diagnosed with ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). This is a serious chronic illness that causes significant physical exhaustion and limitations. Since the end of 2025, the young lady has been dependent on care and is bedridden. She requires assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and repositioning in bed. She is incontinent. She uses a urinal bottle for urination and diapers for bowel movements. She needs complete incontinence care and assistance with daily activities. The caregiver also handles cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and household management. Her mother also lives in the household, for whom only household management is provided. Night duty is required 1-2 times per night as needed, especially for incontinence care and assisting with the urinal bottle. The lady calls for assistance using a mobile call bell. Lifting is not required. Free time by agreement.
