Care for a married couple living together. Both suffer from multiple sclerosis and need help with daily activities. The 55-year-old gentleman, 100 kg, 183 cm, is wheelchair-bound and requires significantly more care. He has a catheter, uses incontinence aids, and needs help changing them. He is entirely dependent on help with dressing, personal hygiene, and using the toilet. He also needs help with eating, and food needs to be cut into small pieces. He likes to go out and is sociable, so walks and activities together are welcome. When transferring, a hoist is needed, and the gentleman can partially cooperate. A hoist and a toilet chair are available in the household. The gentleman is from Russia and speaks Russian. He smokes in the apartment. The job includes caring for both spouses, help with hygiene, managing the household, preparing meals, shopping, cleaning, and laundry. Night shifts are not required. A caregiver is already present in the household, and a care service also visits regularly, mainly for administering medication. The bathroom is barrier-free and adapted to the clients' needs.
