Care for an 85-year-old lady, 58 kg, 165 cm, with dementia/Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and general frailty. She recently fell and suffered a hip fracture. She is partially disoriented but communicates. She also has high blood pressure. The lady has significantly limited mobility. With assistance, she can stand up and transfer to a wheelchair. Lifting is not required. She needs help with personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and daily activities. Medication needs to be prepared and supervised. The caregiver also handles cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and household management. The partner also cooks. Weekly shopping is ordered by the son. The lady needs companionship and support during the day. Her partner also lives in the household; he does not require care but can no longer manage the care for his wife himself. He only receives household assistance. Night assistance is needed once per night for toileting. A shower and toilet are available for the caregiver. Free time as agreed upon.
