Care for an elderly married couple. An 85-year-old elderly lady, 85 years old, 75 kg, 165 cm, suffers from general frailty, multiple spinal fractures, and degenerative neurological damage causing balance disorders. She is at risk of falling. She uses a wheelchair or walker at home. She can only walk with a walker when accompanied. She needs assistance with getting up and walking, and she is cooperative. She requires partial assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. She has mild incontinence and uses absorbent products. She goes for walks in her wheelchair. An 86-year-old elderly gentleman, 86 years old, 80 kg, 180 cm, suffered a stroke in 2024. Since then, he has had difficulty finding words and has limited use of his left side. He has mild mobility issues and uses a stairlift. He has mild urinary incontinence but toilets independently. He has glaucoma treated with eye drops. He manages personal hygiene, dressing, meals, and toileting himself. He still drives independently. He primarily needs companionship, accompaniment, and motivation for walks. Both are oriented in time, place, and person. The carer prepares shared meals, shops, cleans, and does laundry. Shops are approximately 1 km away; shopping can be done by car, bicycle, or on foot. Only the lady requires night assistance, approximately twice per night when using the commode. The lady also requires light assistance with lifting, and she is cooperative. The carer can use a separate bathroom in the house's basement. A car with a manual transmission is available. Free time by arrangement.
