Caregiver Cologne

Care for an independently living 85-year-old lady, 60 kg, 165 cm, with moderate Alzheimer's dementia. She has limited short-term memory and partially impaired temporal and spatial orientation. She is well-oriented in familiar surroundings. Occasionally, she may become unpleasant due to dementia; she is on medication. The lady is physically fit and mobile, walking with a cane. She is at risk of falling, so a motion and camera system is installed in the house. She showers independently, only needing guidance. She has incontinence and uses pads, which she changes herself. The caregiver assists with the daily routine, prepares breakfast and meals, keeps the lady company, takes her for walks, and accompanies her to doctor's appointments. She helps with general daily activities. Due to medication, the lady sleeps a lot. There is another helper in the household for 33 hours a week. Care can be divided by shifts upon agreement. There is a dog in the household that needs to be walked. Regular night duty is not required. The lady sometimes experiences fear at night, especially due to the size of the house. If needed, the caregiver will check on and comfort the lady. Separate accommodation with a bathroom is available for the caregiver. A car with an automatic transmission is available. Lifting is not required. Free time by arrangement.
