Care for an 81-year-old, independently living elderly lady (160 cm, 70 kg). She moves independently but is unsteady on her feet. She has dementia/Alzheimer's disease and is forgetful. She is incontinent of urine and feces, wears diapers (during the day, she also uses the toilet), and wears protective panties at night, which need to be changed at night or early in the morning. She requires assistance with dressing and undressing, toileting, personal hygiene, changing incontinence supplies, and companionship. In the household, fresh meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, and shopping are needed. On Mondays and Fridays, she attends a day care center for 8 hours; on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, nursing service visits for 2 hours (administers medication). Once a week, cleaning assistance visits for 3 hours. The family visits on weekends. Once per night, waking up is necessary for toileting. The caregiver has a separate bathroom.
