Care for an elderly married couple living together. The 84-year-old lady, 45 kg, 163 cm, has mild mobility limitations; she moves independently but slowly. She suffers from dementia/Alzheimer's, takes heart medication, and has open wounds on her legs that are managed by healthcare services. Due to dementia, she often forgets, asks questions repeatedly, confuses people, and has impaired short-term memory. Suspiciousness sometimes appears, but aggressive behavior is not present. She is relatively oriented within her home environment; orientation is impaired outside the home. She sleeps a lot. The 88-year-old gentleman, 60 kg, 168 cm, is fully mobile and quite independent; he even still drives. He suffers from urinary incontinence (uses pads) and early-stage dementia, which mainly manifests as forgetfulness and occasional misplacement of items. Otherwise, he is independent and requires only minor support. The lady needs partial assistance with dressing and personal hygiene; she uses the toilet independently. The gentleman only needs guidance or minor help with dressing. Meals are partially provided via meal delivery; breakfast and dinner need to be prepared. The scope of work includes managing the entire household, such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping, possibly including joint shopping with the seniors. An important part of the care is supervising the lady, assisting with basic tasks, guiding her in daily life, and ensuring a daily routine. Healthcare services manage wound care and medication administration. Night work is not required; both are independent at night. Lifting is not required.
