Caregiver Dresden

Care for a 93-year-old lady living alone, 54 kg, 152 cm, who has early dementia, neurological disorders, and incontinence. She is forgetful but still oriented, with a kind nature. She is significantly physically limited and uses a wheelchair or walker. She requires moderate physical assistance and guidance for transfers, and is cooperative. The lady needs help with getting up, transferring from bed to wheelchair, personal hygiene, toileting, and changing incontinence pads. She wakes up around 8:00 AM. The caregiver assists her with hygiene, prepares breakfast, and regularly accompanies her to the toilet during the day. Walks are also suitable if possible. In the evening, she needs help with hygiene and going to bed around 8:30 PM. The caregiver also prepares lunch and dinner, does laundry, and tidies up as time permits. There is also a cat in the household that needs feeding and litter box cleaning as needed. However, relatives can also take care of these tasks. Her son lives in a separate apartment in the building. Night duty is generally not required. Free time is by agreement.
