Care for an elderly married couple in their shared household. The 89-year-old gentleman, weighing 75 kg and standing 170 cm tall, is fully oriented and communicates well. He walks independently around the house with a walker, gets up without assistance, and does not require lifting. He uses incontinence briefs preventatively. He manages his meals and toileting independently, but requires partial assistance with showering and, as needed, with dressing. The 86-year-old lady, weighing 61 kg and standing 165 cm tall, has impaired short-term memory, but her orientation in time, space, and towards people is intact. She communicates without problems. Due to a torn tendon in her knee, she moves in a wheelchair and requires assistance with transfers, including lifting; she is cooperative. She has urinary incontinence and uses diapers. She needs partial assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, and changing incontinence aids. She eats independently and actively cooperates with her care. Both seniors require supervision for taking their prepared medications and maintaining adequate fluid intake. Night duty is not required. The caregiver is responsible for cooking, shopping, cleaning, laundry, assistance with personal care, accompanying to doctor's appointments, organizing the daily routine, providing companionship, and leisure activities. Both have contact with their family, are communicative, and cooperation is smooth due to good mutual understanding. A private bathroom is available for the caregiver. Free time as agreed.
