Care for an independently living 84-year-old lady, 55 kg, 161 cm, who has dementia, early-stage Parkinson's disease, hearing impairment, and urinary incontinence. She walks independently around the house, uses a wheelchair outdoors. She can stand up on her own. She needs partial assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting. Help is needed with entering the shower or bath and washing her hair. She tries to help with all activities to the best of her ability. She eats on her own. Ensure adequate fluid intake. The caregiver cooks, shops, cleans, and does laundry, assists with daily activities, accompanies the lady to the doctor as agreed with the family, and runs small errands. It is important to maintain a daily routine, provide companionship, and go to the cemetery with the lady every day. Night duty is not required. A private bathroom is available for the caregiver. Free time by arrangement.
