Care for a 87-year-old elderly gentleman living alone, 45 kg, 165 cm, who has dementia, incontinence, a permanent urinary catheter, COPD, asthma, and recurring urinary tract infections. He is mentally and physically weakened. His condition with dementia varies daily. He moves in a wheelchair. He needs assistance with transfers from bed to wheelchair, to the bathroom, and back. He can cooperate during transfers. He also needs complete assistance with personal hygiene and bathing. He requires partial assistance with toileting. It is necessary to manage incontinence care, the permanent catheter, and incontinence aids. The caregiver prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner. She performs regular household chores such as laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning. Daily walks in the wheelchair and regular mobilization are also part of the duties. Night work is not required. Separate accommodation of 80 m² is available for the caregiver. Free time as agreed.
