Caregiver Höchberg

Care for a 97-year-old lady living alone, 59 kg, 156 cm, who is mentally sound and oriented. She suffers from osteoporosis and cannot walk. She uses a wheelchair or is bedridden. Support and maintenance of mobility, and monitoring of skin condition are needed. The lady is incontinent and uses incontinence aids. She requires full assistance with personal hygiene and dressing. She needs partial assistance with meals and toileting. Lifting requires moderate assistance; the lady is cooperative. The caregiver is also responsible for cooking, serving meals and drinks, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and managing the entire household. Night duty is required based on her current condition, not every night. The lady may call out for changing incontinence aids. Free time is by agreement.
