Care for a 91-year-old gentleman living alone, 65 kg, 172 cm, who has dementia, senile weakness, and significantly impaired short-term memory. He is oriented in his familiar surroundings and recognizes familiar people. He enjoys leaving the house for walks. He has a locating chip on his keys. He uses a walking stick for his strolls. He requires assistance with personal hygiene and dressing. Medication needs to be prepared and supervised. He mostly uses the toilet independently, occasionally requiring help. He uses incontinence pads. He wears hearing aids. The caregiver helps organize his day, cooks, shops, cleans, does laundry, keeps him company, and accompanies him on walks. Shops are within walking distance. Currently, household help is also provided. Night duty is not required, only in emergencies. Supervision is needed to ensure he does not leave the house at night. Lifting is not required. Free time by agreement.
