Care for an independently living 84-year-old elderly lady, 45 kg, 145 cm. She is mobility-impaired and uses a walker, but moves very slowly. She suffers from Parkinson's disease, age-related weakness, and osteoporosis. Her condition worsened six weeks ago. She has a shoulder prosthesis, making it difficult for her to put on clothes over her head. The lady takes her medication herself; her son prepares the pills for her. She currently uses incontinence pads. She speaks Portuguese and understands some German. Assistance is needed with walking, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. She is independent with eating. She enjoys going for walks with her walker if she feels well. It is possible to shop and cook with her. It would be an advantage to have a caregiver who speaks Portuguese, as the lady is from Portugal. Her son lives nearby and often helps. The daily routine includes preparing meals together, household chores (cleaning, laundry, cooking), and supervision during daily activities. Night work is needed a maximum of 3 times per night, especially after 4 AM, for accompaniment only; hygiene assistance is not required. Lifting is not necessary.
